These terms apply to your use of thecfmedia.com (the “site”), operated by The Contents Factory Media, LLC (“CF Media,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
Our services
The site describes our AI Engine Optimization and related services. It is for general information only. When you become a client, our work for you is governed by the agreement you sign with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI answer engines, such as Google, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, are run by other companies that change how they work at any time. We can’t control them, so we don’t guarantee any particular ranking, citation, mention, traffic, leads or revenue. Examples and results described on the site are illustrations, not promises.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or access pages that weren’t shared with you, such as another client’s private onboarding page. Don’t use the site to send spam or harmful code.
Information you send us
When you send us information through the site or by email, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, including its text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to CF Media or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish the site’s content without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
Other websites
The site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CF Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). This section doesn’t limit liability under a signed client agreement, which sets its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
